As a general guideline, 30 minute sessions are geared toward returning clients who would like a quick reading or energy work session. 60 minute sessions are geared toward new and returning clients.

We will always begin each session by determining which modality will best serve your needs. Most sessions are booked for 60 minutes, but if you are unsure, please feel free to book a free consultation with me!
